The 2.0 TSI powertrain can comfortably tow up to 2,000 lbs. or 907 kg. For larger items like boats and campers, Atlas with the 3.6 L engine can handle up to 5,000 lbs. or 2,268 kg.

The Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport both share the same wheelbase and same engines. The primary difference is that the Atlas is a three row SUV that can seat up to 7 people, while the Atlas Cross Sport is a two row vehicle, with 5 seats, a lower roofline, and a more dramatically angled rear hatch.

All Trendline models feature a standard VW Digital Cockpit. The standard Digital Cockpit features an 8" screen and has three main views; digital speedometer with secondary displays, classic display with a speedometer dial in the centre, and a classic display with a tachometer in the centre.

VW Digital Cockpit Pro features a much larger 10.25" screen and is available on Comfortline trim and above. This is a highly intuitive, customizable display that includes integrated turn-by-turn navigation, full stereo controls, and more.*
