Not only do our service team treat our clients like "real people", they also treat our clients vehicles as "real people"!  We understand that your vehicle means more to you than just basic transportation, its also an extension of who you are and your personality! After all, that's why you drive a Volkswagen!  Naturally we have fully VW factory trained tecnicians, but what's more important is they are also all completely current and fully certified with all up to date training; right up to the minute!  This is a must to have earned our "Wolfsburg Crest Club" status from VW Canada.  Proudly we have two technicians who are each designated as "specialists" on both Touareg & Passat models.  In other words, we really know our stuff!

Our service & parts reception area!  Our service facility is within view from our reception & waiting area, allowing you to see work being performed!

We have a Hunter Road Force Balancer & tire machine, which has the ability to detect even a tiny vibration, or tire flaw, offering you the smoothest ride possible.  We also purchase washer fluid & oil in bulk, in order to keep our customers service costs down, plus reducing wasteful packaging!  Be green!

We take pride in offering a bright, clean & safe enviorment for our service staff, but also for our customers who will often be invited into our shop to speak personally with a technician & recieve a "hands on" explanation about their vehicle.
