Service Survey

When I called for an appointment I was told they were extremely busy & it would be tough to get in. I was asked for the details about the issue my Jetta was having & then was given a next day appointment. They handled arranging my rental car & called me within hours of drop off to discuss their findings. One of the issues they found was the responsibility of another shop. They worked with the other shop to co-ordinate all of the repairs. What could have been a nightmare of trying to get my car from one place to another & trying to have two shops work on the same vehicle-on the same day-was seamless & happened with very little effort on my part. I am thoroughly impressed with (Brantford) VW-again! SF

I have been dealing with Brantford VW for the last 8 years & they consistently give me reasons to return. Great service from everyone. I bought my previous car there as well so they were my first stop when I was in the market for a new car. DB
