Service Survey

I appreciate the flexibility to get us in & taken care of right away . We had just started a trip to BC when an engine light came on. The service rep had us in and problem solved & on the road again in 1.5hrs. I was very impressed with all the staff I talked to. Well done. BG

Service Survey

I enjoy filling out these surveys because it requires no brain power on my part. The service has always been superb & the staff have always been courteous & professional. While customer service is a rarity in today’s world, it is not at Brantford VW. As a customer I have always been treated as I would want to be treated. They’re doing business properly as I see it.
